In this sector, customer satisfaction begins upstream the prospection.
Simply putted, the added value of a real estate agent is to bring sellers and buyers together. Things are a little more complex when we shed light on the two resulting services: on one hand, that which is provided to the seller, and on the other hand, that which is provided to the acquirer. These two are technically different, but they always serve the same objective: give good advice to both parties. This encompasses commercial qualities, among others, understand the psychology of the client, but also technical, legal and financial. The challenge is to provide security, the right advice and being efficient throughout the entire process of managing the transaction. This profession is often poorly understood. However, it requires a quality that is worth highlighting: Rigor – whether legal, technical or administrative.
For us, customer satisfaction begins upstream the prospection and we strive to provide the best customer experience and a careful follow-up from the beginning of the research phase to the moving in.
