Where should I begin? Coming to Geneva as a student is extremely hard. The housing market is really hard to find, the... system is so complicated, therefore making it extremely hard for a foreigner to rent an apartment. Working with this agency, I first thought it was to easy to be true. They are true workers are determined to find you the best housing possible. They go above and beyond to find you all the characteristics that meets your needs as well as work hard to make the best file for you so that you get picked for the apartment you want. They helped me with settling, getting me the best deal with my insurance cards and helped my until I was 100% satisfied and added even more. They gave me advice that to this day I still use in my life in Geneva. They also offer a continuous service such as calls to see that everything is good and they are always there in case you have any issues with your apartment or anything you might need. To conclude this is by far one of the best decisions I made coming here. It gave me a sense of safety as I know that they are always here in case there is anything I need.read more

Home location is a team of professional, talented and friendly people.All of them young but very experienced and well... introduced in the real estate market.Dan was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Can't thank enough John and Benoit, who were extremely professional being instantly available at all times throughout... the process! I was already going into despair after three months of searching unsuccessfully for a regie that would accept my dossier - having received the same unfounded reasons to deny it whereas it was clear they were not even bothering to take a look at it. Benoît found me a place within 1 hour of calling Home Location! I thought this was a joke, but he found me a beautiful... flat beyond what I imaged I could find and at a price I am happy with.He followed each step to sign the contract with the regie and has followed up with everything afterwards. I received very high-quality service from Home Location. I was looking for an apartment to live in with my family, but... I was having a hard time finding one, which made me feel uneasy. That situation completely changed when I met Home Location. They are quick to respond and provide frequent and accurate updates on the status. When I was at a loss to prepare a document that was required for my lease contract, they negotiated directly with the real estate company and offered me a solution. I can't thank Benoit Barthe and Yassine Khoumssi enough for the service I received from them. Even after the contract was signed, they told me to contact them anytime if I have any problems, which made me really feel at peace. After relocating with my family to Geneva, we spent a number of months trying to independently find a suitable... permanent apartment. Despite having a good job, financial resources etc. etc. we had no success and little prospect of finding something suitable.Be warned! the norms of the property rental markets of other cities don't apply in Geneva and it is very challenging to find suitable accommodation.We were initially skeptical about engaging a location agent due to the fees, however, we eventually contacted the Home Location Team following a recommendation from a colleague. I can only say that I wish we had contacted them sooner!The entire staff were extremely professional and dedicated to finding us the right place, and crucially negotiating the lease on our behalf and guiding us through the paperwork and processes.I was reassured that our interests were always the priority with Home Location, even to the extent that they advised us to take an available apartment which we found independently, which meant they would forego their commission. Thankfully, Home Location quickly found us and even better property.In summary, the Home Location service has been invaluable for us and we are delighted with the assistance they provided. Based on the trust that I established with them, I would happily recommend anyone (particularly from abroad and new to Geneva) to engage their their services!read more

If you are new to Geneva and you need to find an apartment, you should hire Home Location. We were able to find one and... get in the apartment in a timeframe of about 10days! Not only they help you find the apartment but they also help you find your ways to settle in. We received plenty of tips and what to do or not to do.
