European III Hospitality Holding Limited acquired the closed Richemond Hotel, owned by a Malaysian investor, for a sum of 114.265 million francs. Moving on, a small hotel was sold for 32.5 million francs by an anonymous company, with the proceeds benefiting the Wilsdorf Foundation. Additionally, the Asga Pension Fund purchased a building on Rue du Conseil-G\u00e9n\u00e9ral for 25.5 million francs. Lastly, Jolotrano, a company owned by a carpenter, acquired two properties for 23.086 million francs.
