Objet du mandat<\/h3>\n                    <p>Le mandant charge Home Location de rechercher un logement correspondant \u00e0 ses crit\u00e8res et de mener les d\u00e9marches administratives n\u00e9cessaires aupr\u00e8s des propri\u00e9taires et agences immobili\u00e8res.<\/p>\n                    <h3>2. Engagement du mandant<\/h3>\n                    <p>Le mandant s'engage \u00e0 fournir des informations exactes et compl\u00e8tes. Il autorise Home Location \u00e0 transmettre sa candidature aux propri\u00e9taires et agences selon les crit\u00e8res convenus.<\/p>\n                    <h3>3. Dur\u00e9e et r\u00e9siliation<\/h3>\n                    <p>Le mandat est conclu pour une dur\u00e9e de 3 mois \u00e0 partir de la signature. Il peut \u00eatre r\u00e9sili\u00e9 \u00e0 tout moment par \u00e9crit des deux parties. Pass\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai, il se renouvelle tacitement pour un mois.<\/p>\n                    <h3>4. Confidentialit\u00e9<\/h3>\n                    <p>Home Location traite les donn\u00e9es personnelles conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la LPD. Les informations ne seront transmises qu'aux propri\u00e9taires et agences concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n                    <h3>5. Honoraires<\/h3>\n                    <p>Home Location facture CHF 1 mois de loyer charges comprises (min. CHF 1'800) + frais de dossier de CHF 250, dus \u00e0 la signature du bail.<\/p>\n                    <h3>6.
